It depends how you book. LynkNow is for speed — your job goes to the closest verified cleaner who's available, and the first to accept takes it. You can tell us any preferences for the job. Scheduled and Recurring bookings let you browse full profiles with ratings and pick the cleaner yourself. Either way, every cleaner passes a national police check, ABN check and public liability insurance check before their profile goes live, and you'll see who's coming before they arrive.
Every cleaner holds current public liability insurance, and cleaning companies additionally hold Workers Compensation cover. If a booking isn't fulfilled or you're unhappy with a clean, email our support team at support@tidelynk.com.au and we'll work with you and the cleaner to resolve it.
