Pre-launch notice: TideLynk is currently in a pre-launch stage. These terms will apply to your use of the Site and, when available, the TideLynk platform and mobile application.
This website (Site) is operated by Tidelynk App Pty Ltd (ACN 691 362 955) (we, us, TideLynk). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may update these Terms from time to time.
TideLynk is a technology platform that connects customers seeking home cleaning services with independent cleaning service providers and approved cleaning companies. TideLynk is not itself a cleaning service provider. Future platform functionality may include a mobile application, in-app booking, payment processing, and subscription services.
The Site provides access to: information about the platform and booking types including LynkNow, Scheduled, and Recurring Cleans; customer waitlist registration; cleaner application and registration forms; company registration forms; marketing content; contact and enquiry forms; referral program information; and links to future app downloads.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information; maintain and update your information; keep credentials confidential; notify us immediately of unauthorised access at info@tidelynk.com.au; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Submitting a waitlist or application form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of approval. TideLynk may approve, reject, defer, suspend, or remove any applicant at its absolute discretion and may request additional verification documents. Approval is subject to satisfactory completion of TideLynk's verification process.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, profile information, photographs, before and after cleaning images, testimonials, and enquiries. By submitting content, you grant TideLynk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with the platform. You warrant that content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content without notice.
Referral credits have no cash value unless expressly stated. TideLynk may modify, suspend, or discontinue any referral program at any time. Credits may be cancelled where TideLynk suspects fraud or abuse. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are prohibited.
We own or hold a licence to all intellectual property on the Site including the TideLynk name and brand; the taglines Tap. Match. Clean. and LynkNow™; all logos, icons, graphics, and design elements; website design, layout, and code; and all marketing assets. You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
The Site and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Site will be error-free; cleaners will be available at your requested time or location; any booking will be accepted; or information will be current or accurate. Service availability may vary by suburb.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TideLynk excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, the acts of any service provider, or interruption of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
TideLynk collects personal information through waitlist forms, application forms, contact forms, analytics and tracking technologies, and any account you create. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle your information.
We may introduce mobile applications, additional booking models, subscription and loyalty programs, expanded referral programs, and new platform features. Additional terms may apply to specific features when introduced.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
